Capitec Bank refuses to cancel debit orders for closed loans.

I settled 2 loans that I had with Capitec, and they refuse to cancel the debit orders for those loans. All my efforts to get someone to help me is in vain. For some strange reason, they want to keep the debit orders active, while I do not have one cent of debt with them.
