Capitec bank refusal to reverse unauthorized debit

An unauthorized debit went off my credit card and capitec refuses to reverse the funds because it is a service provider I once used. They want me to accept the debit even though I told them that I cancelled my rain services. What kind of bank doesn't allow one to reverse unauthorized debits? Capitec you have poor service
