Capitec Bank recruitment procedure

Hello peter my name is Sandra Ndhlovo I'm 28years old I have been applying for years now at capitec, Its my second review based on the same matter as this really concerns me hard. I'm always unsuccessful applying at capitec for years, I have called HR department to quiry this. I even asked the HR back then to volunteer sadly I was rudely hanged up and told to wait. Hmmm as I sadly give up after so many years and I still argue if it's a fair employement procedure.
