Capitec Bank recruitment is ******!

I app**** for a job at capitec, get called to attend the so called TEST!!! what a bull**** selection process. Spend 3 hours taking part in this TEST that over 50 people wrote, out of all 50 about 5 passed all the tests me being 1 of the 5 people. You then get an sms a few weeks later stating you need to go in for an interview to a branch you get to meet the regional manager whose to busy catching up on her administration work and asks the staff of the branch to interview you instead. My cv was handed in with my tests which clearly states I did not do sales in any job positions I held. I worked in Human Resource and that is my experience. The two Idiotic Ladies whom are as young as I am then start to question me about SALES, knowing very well my cv which is printed out for all 3 of them states I've never been in a sales position. But guess what a fews days pass and i get an sms stating unfortunately I did not get the position... The black young man whom was not even present during the tests gets the job! If my skin color was the problem why was that stated in the sms? Why allow people to waste their time taking your ridiculous long test to find find out in the end even though you're intelligent you're not the right skin tone?
