Capitec Bank Reckless Lending

I made a loan at Capitec a few years back and then about two years later I needed another loan from Capitec whilst still having a loan with them. Then while in the process of making the next loan the agent pitched a credit card and another small loan and she told me that she will consolidate the loan I already had so that I will only make one payment per month. Then that never happened I ended up paying three different installments. I went back to the same agent and I told her what happened and all she could tell me was I'm sorry and all I could always to is reschedule the loan and the more you reschedule the more you enter into debt. Now Capitec has handed me over and demanding three different payments from me which is highly impossible for me. Their agents are only interested in their commission and not the difficulty they put you through as a customer when you have to pay.
