Capitec bank ….R500 gone no electricity voucher.
I have been purchasing electricity With no problem until may 2024 when I purchased R500 voucher that I didn’t receive the voucher and I reported the transaction and received a response with out a solution.Today same thing just happened my R500 gone no voucher…..please assist
