Capitec Bank ***** Query

My money 17200 was ****** out my account apparently done by a worker in the bank on 26th of March the woman Sonja at the bank never sent the case to the head office l was at the bank many times and it showed money of mine was paid into Nedbank they have now sent it to headquarters but still l have heard nothing
