CAPITEC BANK PROFESSIONAL AND EXPEDITIOUS RESOLUTION OF THE CLIENT COMPLAINT

I wish to express my heartfelt felt gratitude to the management of Capitec bank complaint management department led by Mr Viwe Bokveldt for their professional and expeditious manner in which they managed to resolve my complaint raised yesterday 5 November 2018, through this social media platform. Mr Viwe Bokveldt took trouble very early in the morning to telephone me and acknowledged receipt of my complaint and undertaken to get to the bottom of it. At around 13h45 this afternoon he came back to me with a letter confirming the write off and full payment of the balance claimed to have been still outstanding. If i could, i would recommend to the management of the bank to elevate competent and capable people of his calibre to senior positions of management, to take the institution to greater heights, with senior managers like him it will be just a matter of when before the bank assumes its rightful place in our banking industry.
