Capitec Bank Prescribed debt
I took a loan from Capitec bank about 9 years ago.I then lost my job so i could not pay for my debt with Capitec Bank so i was handed over to DMC for collection.I have not made any payment towards my debt of a loan for over 3 years so by law my debt is prescribed debt and should be removed from the credit berue and my credit profile, but when i checked my credit report the debt is still showing.I would like capitec to remove this prescribed debt from my credit record thank you
