Capitec bank poor service

Capitec bank is the baddest service provider ever they stopped my bank account for allegedly ***** activity but there is no evidence as I submitted all relevant documents and 2 affidavit to the bank it's been 4 And a half months now I even lost my online work because of the poor service they gave the agent call's me and tells me the account will remain stopped and I wil never have my account back this is truly not possible as they a in breach with the service they must give stil they think they may do as they please
