Capitec Bank poor service

I am very disappointed with Capitec Bank. I went to my Branch at Comaro to apply for a home loan, I was told there is no affordability. This is the same bank where I was approved a home loan 4 years ago, where I have continued to pay more than what is required, where in just 4 years I have managed to pay more than half of that loan. They claim to be a bank that supports young entrepreneurs but that is not what they’re doing.
