Capitec bank poor security

Last night the so called Majorm-bill online subscribers took my R1000 from my savings acc. Funny i have never- ever join or purchase online shopping .So i went to the nearest brach the mngr.told me there's nothing they can do what a hell because i m the client who expect my acc.to be protected by them.It is therefore disappointing that i must wait for 14days while my money is gone & i must expect the worse with charges while they investigating, the process is just nerve wrecking cause i did not ask for this cyber attack & i personally suspect ****fing internally cause this ****** sucker Majorm-bill doesn't even exist when i Google it
