Capitec Bank- Poor Poor Service!

<p>I recently contacted Capitec with regards to my Loan amount settlement. They gave me the amount and i made payment (in Full) when i called to get a settlement letter, there was suddenly another outstanding amount. i am furious right now and i refuse to pay that amount. they either need to train ther staff propery or start looking at why they are robbing clients. i will not advise anyone to do busineess at Capitec Bank. they claim to be the cheapest Bank, but i would much rather pay higher bank fees than to do Business with this Bank. i need for them to sort this out ASAP. I paid a huge amount of money to settle this account just to find out there's more outstanding money. where does this amount even come from.</p>
