Capitec Bank Poor Customer Service

I went to capitec bank in attlyn to deposit cash while waiting on the atm line, the atm went offline. I then went inside the branch requesting to deposit and I was told that they do not take the deposit inside. I requested to call customer care and their call center called the branch. All of the sudden my deposit was done inside the branch.

On 30th of September I went to Capitec Branch in Manlyn to get the very same experience. Upon insisting my deposit was taken inside the branch.

Today am back at Capitec Attlyn they gave 3 contradicting reasons as to why they cannot take my deposit inside the branch.
