Capitec Bank Policy a ****

I have covered my Step father with Capitec Bank policy, now that my stepfather has passed away Capitec Bank does not want to pay me for that cover i took for my Stepdad. They are telling me that i cannot cover my Stepfather, but they took their premiums on time and when i covered him they never rejected that cover. I am very angry with what they did to me, the frustration that I had when I was suppose to plan for my Step Dad's funeral its unexplainable. I had to borrow money from my cousins to help my brother with the burial.
