Capitec Bank policies

Capitec bank is a **** when coming to policies, I took out a policy for my cousin sister's son who is her only son, she pleased with me because she was not working and still not working, I was permanently employed so I did not see a problem with that, I payed this policy for about 2years or more, but when my cousin sister's son died Capitec took me from pillar to post with the payment, the deceiced passed away on 21-09- 2024 and still haven't received the payment, they told me I'm not related to deceiced according to them, even though they have done their research and found out that indeed I'm related to the deceiced, they are not to be trusted, we had financial difficulties with the funeral but managed with God's grace, hopefully I will be helped here at hellopeter...these big companies take us ordinary people for a ride knowing full well we don't have the means to fight against them.
