Capitec bank please bring back my money

The worst bank to work with. Firstly they paused my account since 20/12/2023 when I call they told me they are investigating. But never got back to me January they called me again saying they are still investigating. Last week the asked for proof of payment, affidavit and my certified ID copy. I sent them to them on the 12 January 2024 their complaints agent called informing my that my case has been resolved. I informed her that the pause is removed but my money is still held up on "balance " is not available for me to use. This is really affecting my life. My accounts are in errors because of this issue. Capitec please bring back my money
