Capitec bank please assist me

Capitec bank ,Please assist me please!I made a payment to the wrong account, I immediately called the customer care they dI'd assist me because the money is held , the customer won't be able to access the money ok ...today I called to follow up ,now they tell me that it's not guaranteed that I'll get my money back ,please capitec I know it was my mistake. ..but please assist me please I need that money ,Its for my baby food
