Capitec Bank "Personal touch" - non existent.

With only a few days left before I get paid my monthly salary, I asked Capitec Bank to access funds. I asked for a once off access of only R2500. My total income per month is around R80 000 per month, but having banked with Capitec for around 8 years now they could not or would not assist me with R2500. When it comes to that little "personal touch" Capitec Bank just don't have it. I am looking to close my account with them and I'll be looking for that little "personal touch" at another financial institution.
