Capitec bank paused my hard earned money

Since December both my business and savings account are put on hold . Being told about an investigation that's not ending. I am failing to make payments on my accounts . I am struggling to make ends meet while capitec has my money from the transaction in question and money I had before the transaction in question. My money is not even reflecting when am checking on my capitec app its showing a balance of R26.07 .which is not the amount I had before my account was paused
