Capitec Bank pathetic service

I am so devastated and appalled with caoitec

I am current on maternity leave and there was a sim of money that was deposited into my account .Therr were debit orders that went off all I'm simply requesting is that capitec reverses those debit orders and the refusing to assist me .Manual payments were made to these institutions last week .I need this money urgently my poor baby doesn't even have milk nor diapers and I'm told to contact the institutions but I need the money now surely these can be reversed 💔💔💔💔😭😭😭

Called the call ce the three times no courtesy to even call me back ,I am devasted .This is pathetic 💔
