capitec bank paradise branch giving run arounds

<p>Tried to update my fica details at capitec but all the times im done with it im told it didn't work and have to submit fica details again. Have submitted all required documents and im told to submit over and over again. I was going to use the account for my salary but have decided to use another bank. It's better to close the account and be done with capitec.</p>
