Capitec bank online recruitment

Hello Peter!! My name is Sandra I have been trying for few years to apply for positions at capitec bank but no success.i even wrote emails to them called HR department but sadly regretted. It's painful to know you can be an asset to a company but won't be given a chance because the waiting list is so long sadly we wait and hope for a long time that one day our profile an Cvs be reviewed and not be reggreted by automatic response. Is the hiring process fair or due to ********? Just want clarification there.
