Capitec bank on hold funds

Went to capitec to report ***** on the 9th of November 2023 where I was ****med R203000 they managed to hold some funds, did follow up so many times with capitec, waited all the days that they said I should wait. On the 19th of December 2023 I received only R47000 then I was told I will receive the R36489 waited another period they told me to wait which was 7-14 working days.Today the 10th of January 2024 I was told that the funds of R36489 were released to the account holder without even following up on why the funds were on hold, without letting me know, when I ask about the R40000 and R50000 that are still on hold no one answers me about that. Please help me
