Capitec bank on hold

I am at my wits end with CAPITEC BANK. I was gifted with money from a friend and due to circumstances out of my control apparemt *****ulent activity took place prior to my knowledge and due to my account being a beneficiary in the friends bank account my account has been frozen. I cant acces any money so obviously this is a major problem. I followed all the steps given to me by Capitec from doing police affidavits to going into the bank. They want to tell me i don't have enough documents but on the affidavid it states i lost my ID and I'm in the process of getting a new one my friend also can't access proof of payment but he made a affidavit stating he send the money with his account number and my ID. My salary is coming in two days and I won't be able to pay for anything. And to add insult to injury I cant buy anything for my three month old baby whom needs milk and diapers. How am I supposed to survive?
