Capitec Bank of no help

I would like to think in this trying times your bank would be there to assist if you approach them. I tried to see if Capitec Bank can consolidate all your debt into 1 account, settle all your loans and have only 1. I was advised to get settlement letters and come back. Before doing that I advised I àm paying too much and if consolidated it will assist me so much more. I got the settlements and went back. Just to sit and wait while for them to go through my account add up all mtmy debit òrders and tell me I don't qualify. Not taking into account that 3 debit orders will now fall away. So why waste my time getting the settlement balance if your process at the bank cannot work with consolidated loans. It can be a good bank but it really is not there for there customers when approached. No solutions to assist. It still has a long way to go before catching up to the other banking institutions.
