Capitec Bank not updating Transunion after payment

I had a consolidation loan with Capitec Bank, In 2013 it was handed over to Fenwick Boshoff Attorneys. <br> <br> Fenwick Boshoff Attorneys contacted me and we made payment arrangements of R 1000 per month. I'm paying them, my details have still not been updated on Transunion. <br> <br> Can you please update on your side,because it's messing up my credit rating!<br> <br> I have called Capitec and sent numerous emails trying to resolve this to no avail!<br>
