Capitec bank not trustworthy

This is the second time I'm ****med money & Capitec never does anything. Now they want to charge me if a dispute will be unsuccessful yet my card was ****** and some online transaction was done but they never care to do anything cause my card has no tapping option & online transactions need pins or for me to verify on app before processing. Capitec fails us as it's clients. Other banks takes initiatives also reimbursed their clients
