Capitec Bank not trusted with

I received my salary and i noticed that the was payment of R 1300.00 that went through without my authorization, and went to the bank to find out what was going and i was told that i bought something on line, and my question was how because i didn't have money on my bank account, capitec couldn't protect my money and even I went to them for help they couldn't help, i am considering another bank where i receive my salary from, because if bank with capitec you are on your own. I don't trust them because they couldn't protect my money.
