Capitec Bank not complying with NCR Regulations

<p>I have informed Capitec Bank several times that I'm under debt mediation. The lawyers have issued an instruction and called Capitec as well. I was called by 2 people last week informing me that Capitec Bank does not recognize debt mediation...which I found very interesting. They have now gone and debited a hefty amount from my account after I stopped and blocked the debit order. This can't be lawful. I will be making a submission to the credit ombudsmen as well. </p>
