Capitec bank, no payslip so no help in Covid19

COVID 19, no salary paid to staff and obviously no payslip. Capitec bank was sent a 3 month bank statement along with a letter from the operations manager on a letterhead regarding me not working and might only start on level 2, also been to the police station for an affidavit, which I was informed by a const Luthuli that the staff at capitec bank should be able to read a bank statement as he can clearly see when my salary has been deposited as it's a 3 month bank statement, yet a payslip is still being demanded from capitec bank staff. How does a person produce a payslip when the company is closed and you can read bank statements? They are debuting my account and refuse to claim from insurance, for which I pay monthly as this is a national disaster! My first mail to them was on 4 April 2020 and they refuse to help even though every document I have was sent, only because the company is closed, they want a payslip. Are staff at Capitec bank so stupid that they cannot read a 3 month statement to see if salary is being deposited into an account? I will have no other choice but to close my account and change my number and then they can do what they feel like

Capitec bank has been investigating this from the beginning of April 2020. It's now 1 june 2020 and I have mails and fb responses to show that they do not give a damn. If I was running away from my commitments, I would not have informed them, I would rather have changed my phone number and closed my accounts. They even harrassed me for paying R27 short even when I had no income at the end of april 2020.. *************

Capitec bank now asks for last payslip and they don't seem to understand english when mails clearly state that I prefer a mail as I have proof of what they now want. Each time they want some other paperwork but still no help and they insist on calling. The understanding of english should be universal, surely
