Capitec bank no customer ethics

Terrible pathetic service no customer care s****s no training given especially to the female consultant I dealt with she was so rude and had so much frustration that she gave me Nothing but grief.... I will not bank with Capitec as she demonstrated that they don't value loyal honest customers... I wonder if they will call to ask me about my experience with this totally rude woman. Rather take my cash where I am appreciated
