CAPITEC BANK = No.1 LOW-LIFE BANK in S.A

Why the Hell is the Government still allowing CAPITEC BANK to operate ?<br> Why the **** doesn't the Government and BANKING Council close them down ?<br> I sent a letter of complaint last month regarding the fact that they did not update my LOAN ACCOUNT after making payment, thus still showing the same Balance, and no-one called me or rectified it.<br> <br> Now, I am really and seriously gonna make a Complaint to the Banking Council of S.A and to the Public protector's/Prosecutor's Office for *****, because how do you call this ? Imagine, someone makes payment and his Balance is still the same ? It's like *****ing people's money(Jan and FEB same balance), and i will email all banks so that they know how CAPITEC does Business, which is the worse BANK in the whole Republic.<br> ON Tuesday I went to CAPITEC in Rosebank and paid R 4,400 and i told the Cashier that i'm paying for my monthly (March) loan, and she said it was fine, and this morning i received an sms saying that I am in arrears, so what the **** is going on ??<br> Can someone tell me what's going on ?<br> I'm sure if it were NEDBANK, Standard Bank, FNB, ABSA or even African Bank, they would have better standards, as they have CLASS and service
