Capitec Bank needs to get their house in order!!!!

I recently contacted Capitec Bank regarding the loan repayment arrangements of which I was under debt review and I was not happy with my debt counsellor for not paying some of my accounts and I couldn't reach to them whenever I call them so Capitec consultant said that they can't make arrangements with me because my account was handed over to some attorneys of which I wanted to pay Capitec Bank directly not to other people because I was paying to other people who I felt they ****** me now Capitec want me to pay them via other people.I don't understand why must I pay into other people's account instead of them directly.
