Capitec Bank my bank

I went to Capitec bank, i wanted internet banking and she made sure that i register to that. I went home and try to download that on my cell phone i could not do it. i dont know what was the problem. i went back to the branch and Koena was at the entrance helping clients that came in. She multi tasked, she helped clients who came in and at the same time, she directed me on how to go about downloading the app. <br> <br> What appealed to me most was that she did not refer me to the inquiries desk, she listened to my story then helped me from where she was.<br> <br> Capitec agents keep it up...Peaple like Koena do add value to their branches.
