Capitec bank money reverse
I made an Withdrawal of R600 at engen garage on those small atms and the electricity suddenly went off and it came back but I didn't anything but on my app it says money out and i then took a risk and withdraw another R600 thinking maybe the previous R600 is stuck there but i only got R600 on second attempt I called capitec through the app and made case but the case doesn't appear on WhatsApp queries

Just to make sure I understand you correctly — you attempted to withdraw R600, the electricity went off, you didn’t receive the money, but it still shows as “money out” on your app, correct?
