CAPITEC BANK "MISSED/LATE PAYMENT"

I would like to confirm if there are others that fell into the same trap as I have rudely noticed.
I'm a Capitec client with credit facilities with the bank. Just recently I( have noticed that following up on Credit rating that I was listed on 2 or more occasions a "missed/Late payment" on my existing credit with Capitec. I contacted Capitec and confirm it was Listed Jan 2020 when they tried to deduct the install the 24th of the month (where I get paid the 25TH) and on April 2020 where is was after the 25 (if I recall the 2nd of May) as my salary date was changed till the last day of the month. And on top of that I had informed Capitec the 14th of April of the salary date change. It is just alarming on how we as consumers is abused.
Now I'm told I need to address this issue with the branch where I informed of the changes WHAT?????
Is there any of you whom is also FALSELY listed

Capitecbank has rep**** yesterday and confirmed it was sent to debit department.
Received now a call indicating that I might be falsely informing.
Well, did now again just a quick estimated. below is the message I got from their app
You do not qualify fro credit at this time for the following reason:
Ypu do not currently meet the Capitec bank assessment criteria.
Unfornately your application doesn't meet our lending criteria, as you were in arrears on your Capitec account, more than once in the last 12 months. Please don't hesitate to reapply in the future.
The above is word for word. So Capitec bank. PLEASE explain HOW was I in arrears on Capitec account if my account is the primary account where salary is paid in?
