Capitec Bank ****ming me all my money in my account because of false accusations

I’m so disappointed with Capitec bank🚮 after 14 years of being their client, I have a life and funeral cover with them. They accused me of ***** and blocked my account without even asking me. My account was blocked on the 30th of September

My Sin is being a hustler I sell weaves and Perfumes and I used my card to place orders. I have produced all evidence they asked to prove my innocence but instead they don’t respond to my email, when I visit the branch they keep on saying I must re do the Affidavit, I have done all that they asked me to do but still they not opening my account.

They failed even to produce proof of their accusations because, they assumed that a black child can’t receive money and being innocent, all that I’m doing is to create multiple streams of income for my kids.

Capitec should have told us as their clients that if you join Capitec you not allowed to sell anything

I respect myself, I can’t get myself involved in such things you accused me of

All I need is my money and my savings You can’t treat like that because you assume.

They can’t just accuse someone because of doing a side hustle without an evidence It been a Month now I can’t access my Money, I can’t pay for my monthly expenses. Worse part the account they blocked I use it to receive my salary from my employer, so all my debit deduct from it.

I have never missed any debit before in my life but because of Capitec and their false accusations I’m stuck and I will have a bad name as if I miss my payments

What fastruates me the most is that they don’t responds to my email If they don’t need me as client that fine, they must give me my money and keep their bank

How I’m supposed to live without my money, my salary I’m stuck because of Capitec

My friends warned me before about this bank

I regret the day I heard about the Bank called Capitec It so unprofessional
