CAPITEC BANK ****MING ITS CUSTOMERS!!!
On the 06th of June 2025 I made a cash send for someone I know. However , the person meant for cash send was unable to withdraw the money and I waiting for 31 days for a cash to bounce back to my account of which it didn't.
I visitted capitec bank branches twice and I was told to wait for 48 hours, problem will be resolved.
Its been 3 weeks now and the problem persist. Capitec bank is FAILLING US NOW AND I AM LOOSING TRUST IN THEM.
