Capitec bank ****** mi by not follow up with the process, I need help..

It's all about Capitec bank, I got ****** 18200rand in 2020 during covid and they said that I must open the case and I just did but nothing happened I wrote the letter here and Hallow Peter helped me to get back my policy from them but I didn't get my money when I asked them they said it's there but the police must investigate I don't understand bcs I opened the case, I want you to help me get my money please they must follow everything and give me my money back please am begging you Hallow Peter, I know and I appreciate you a lot cs you help me before so please I need this 🙏
