Capitec bank Meyerton staff disregard the code of conduct in their workplace.

Code of conduct not followed by your banking consultants. My dad bank with your institution and one of your Consultant has developed a bad habit of discussing personal matters concerning my dad with my dad's colleagues who are also banking with your institution. I'm really not happy with how your agent is handling himself in his workplace. I hope Human Resource can do a refresher training with staff to address this issue before I take it further.

No, the matter is still pending. Your branch Manager was supposed to contact my father the next day to get the number of the primary witness and this never materialized. I would really appreciate it if your branch manager can do the right thing and contact my father who will give him the required information as previously discussed.

Good day Mr Chaka

Kindly inform the colleague(s) of your father to visit the branch in order we get their written statements. The matter is currently resolved until the colleagues of your father visit the branch and lay the complaint.

Kind regards

Good day,

My father's colleague visited your Meyerton Branch today to submitted a written statement as intially requested by the Complaint Management but he was told that he needed to setup an appointment by your branch manager and yet i called on the 15th June to inform your Branch manager (Mr. Adil) that my father's collegue will be coming to his him today - 19th June to formally submit a statement for this complaint.
Can we please have a neutral HR personnel to assist us in this matter? Your branch Manager clearly does not want to assist us and we are not sure why he is doing this.
