Capitec bank messing up my credit score
I took a loan from capitec last year of 5000 they were taking 947 monthly for 7 months,October was my kast payment date on the 29th they took their money and left behind 2 cents.im being sent sms everyday to say I owe them.i went to their branch today and im told to pay 70 Rands because the 2 cents they left when i had money on my account has now accumulated a Sevice fee. This is messing up my credit score because and I'm told by their consultant or thus happens really?
