Capitec bank ****mers

Worste experience ever. Got ****med with R20 100. Capitec bank telling me my money was utilized. What the hek this sound like a inside job. Waited almost two weeks for them to get back to me after i raised a complaint disputed that my money is just gone. Emmanual case manager is the worst to deal with.he calls me after two weeks after i filed with ombudsman to get my refund back. He promise to call me back mext day never called me back giving me the run around im not leaving it this way I WANT MY REFUND back capitec!!!! Im not leaving it like this this def going to social media
