Capitec bank merchant services killing my small business

Capitec business merchant service is holding my R10 000 since last week Thursday, we are SME in construction, the funds were meant for the purchase of additional building material, we been without material since Monday, their reason is we swiped the African bank card a number of times and it declined, then eventually it was cash then they've put a hold on the funds, there's no complainant and the other account is still working perfectly, they've asked for pictures of the construction site.....imagine, I've sent more than 10 videos, two of their agents in the ***** department promised to give me a call back, thr owner of the card is my associate......I am now stranded and desperately in need of those funds as I'm given a target to complete the project
