Capitec bank ****med me and took all the money to feed my kids!!!!!

They dont even deserve 1 star!!!!!! Yesterday i was called by Andile Mdluli from Capitec and he asked me about the debit orders that i dont even have on my capitec account, he then accessed my Nedbank account and took all my money that i saved to buy food for my kids. What i dont understand is why capitec hire *****sters????? Is capitec bank a **** on its own????? To make it worse, i went to the bank and they are telling me to wait for 2 weeks!!!! 2 weeks eating what????? Even the number i was called from i searched on truecaller, it is registered for capitec bank in PMB. All i am asking for is for capitec to pay back my money immediately as my kids are hungry and cannot wait for 2 weeks.
