Capitec Bank / MBD Transaction Capital Recovery

Capitec Bank is using a company called MBD Transaction Capital Recovery to do their debt recovery. Oh oh my...what a horrible bunch!!! After PLENTY arrangements has been made with them and Capitec...PLENTY of times. The MBD company phones every single day. 10 times a day. Even your family. 5 of the times they only let your phone ring 3 times and then send you threatening sms's because you did not answer your phone immediately. And they talk to you as if you are worst than dog s&@t!!! One guy actually started screaming on the phone because i did not want to give my ID over the phone and i asked him to give me details and i will confirm. He screamed over the phone and hang up then send me the threatening sms. Not a day goes by where you and your family aren't terrorised, harassed, intimidated or threatened. Best part...the worst attitude and they love to hang up on you. Getting tired of their s@&t. Something must be done!!! We even thought the company is a **** but Capitec Bank said that it is not
