Capitec bank manager stole my money

I went to mutsindo mall capitec branch in june 2017, to deposit R14500.00 the cashier miss counted it to R13000 and make that my deposit,after a week a manager calls me and explain that they have received a surplus amount on my deposit and she will do the correction within a week and that was never done ? I called them she keep on saying she will sort it out , after few months the amount was changed the manager says the surplus amount was R100 not R1500 but still nothing has corrected in my account the manager took it
