Capitec Bank Manager NO ASSISTANCE AND CRIMEN INIURIA

1 star because a ZERO STAR not available. On 20 Nov at 10:14 my credit card was cancelled, showing three transactions to Apple pending. I saw 11 hours later on my banking app still shows pending. BUT CAPITEC PAID IT OUT 14 HOURS LATER AFTER KNOWING IT IS THREE *****ULENT TRANSACTIONS. The bank manager told me he let it go because maybe it is my purchases. I committed *****??? Capitec provided wrong info for their Head Office. Andre Alberts was so rude and told me it was just his pleasure to provide his name to me and laughed. He also told me I will also pay the interest on the *****ulent transactions and laughed? Is this Capitec Bank? Where can I complaint?
