Capitec Bank making *****ulent deductions against banking account

Capitec Bank has a savings feature called Live Better. An account holder can opt to save money by rounding up their bank transactions to the nearest R2 R5 R10. A contract is agreed to by the account holder in which of the options they choose.

Capitec Bank ignores, disregards, impugns the contract and charged me highest value of R10 for the rounding.

The R5 rounding option is the contract that I agreed to. Capitec Bank *****ulently deducted R8 from my bank account. Capitec Bank refused to address my concerns of ***** against my account.

Kindly note that the round up feature means that your purchases will be rounded up to the nearest R2, R5 or R10.

You may transfer the deduction back to your main account via your banking app with no transfer fees.
