Capitec Bank makes it easier for ********** activities

Capitec to my suprise, today i had three unauthorised transaction from food.bolt one after the other that left me with a balance of R1.37. i rushed to the branch to enquire, where consultant was dumb strike called transaction and from to client care. Transaction said i should close current card in order for investigation to be conducted. And in order to get new card i will be charged R70.00. i wad angry cause i couldn't afford R70, im unemployed and R200 deposited into my acc was meant for Son's Birthday today. He called client care explained i cannot afford the R70, they said there is nothing they can do and in order for investigation to take place to close current card. Consultant at bank haf already app**** R8.00 without educating me it will be app**** should i choose to decrease to 0.00 limit for online purchase, so that i don't have to Change to new card to pay R70. Now client care is advising a R80.00 dispute charge will be app****. Capitec Bank and if these are popping up as pre auth , when was it auth. Why is there not a OTP required for every purchase. And when transaction was checking it's not 1st time occuring. And the lady from the transac department, ensuating i was irresponsible with my card. Imagine those allegations. You guys when it comes to ********** activities, your name pops up, unath transaction, the list is endless. To my suprise when i searched Capitec on Hello Peter. WoW. So thank you Capitec my baby didn't have cake today
